NEW YORK, NY — Ronald J. Katter, the Legionnaires’ disease Lawyer, recently spoke with 1010 WINS about filing lawsuits on behalf of Harlem residents who contracted Legionnaires’ disease due to contaminated water towers. Despite the fact that there are laws in place to prevent this sort of outbreak, Legionella bacteria was able to grow in these cooling towers anyway, resulting in more than 100 people contracting the disease, and at least four people dying.
